Jane's Backyard Chickens: Recipes Catfish WingsMona says what's up with Buffalo wings. FIrst off did you know they are acutally chicken? Come'on, there is not even any meat on wing tips! Why not try them with catfish?
Dip the nuggets in a mixture of one egg and 1/2 cup of milk and dredge in flour. Deep fry in oil until cooked through and crispy. Depending on the nugget size this should only take two to three minutes a batch. Make the sauce out of equal portions of Franks Hot sauce and real salted butter. Heat in a sauce pan until butter is melted and blended well. Toss sauce and hot catfish "wings" and serve on a bed of lettuce with carrot sticks, celery and Ranch Dressing. Yum!
