Chicken Beef Fingers
Chicken Fingers! Beulah says that's just disgusting!
Sirloin steak about 1" thick
Flour
Beer
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Ranch Dressing for dipping
Cut your sirloin steak into strips 1/2" wide and about 3" long
Make a batter using equal amounts of flour and beer. Mix will with fork.
Heat oil in pan for deep frying
Dust your steak fingers in flour and then dip in batter.
Fry your steak fingers until they are golden brown
Drain on a piece of paper towel and salt to taste.
Serve with Ranch Dressing or your favorite dipping sauce
