Grilled Chicken Shrimp Caesar Salad
Beulah says grilled chicken in salads is over and oh so boring. Why not a couple of nice grilled shrimp?
This is a quick and easy company pleasing dish.
Start with a bagged caesar salad. Everything you need is already in the bag.
Get some niced sized shrimp at the fish counter in the grocery store.
You can grill these in advance and stick them in the freezer until you are ready to make your salad.
If you don't feel like grilling them you can just saute them in a little olive oil and garlic.
They can be cold or warm for the salad.
Now, how easy was that?
