Margarate

We are down to five chickens now and each one has their own personality.

This is Margarate.

She is fourth in the pecking order after Beulah, Ella and Mona- then it's Margarate and Blanch (aka Scruffy)

If I pay any attention to Margarate or Blanch then Mona will come over and attach them. And, when I say attack I mean beakfulls of feathers. If I don't pay any attention to them eveything is just fine.

I don't understand why she does that -she is not the ruler of the roost, that's Beulah. I try to give them treats when she is not around so they don't feel left out.
